🚫Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
  • Offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, mental health, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality
  • Unwelcome sexual attention, advances, or inappropriate physical contact
  • Trolling, insulting comments, personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment of any form
  • Publishing others' private information without explicit permission
  • Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed at another person
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following (online or in person)
  • Inappropriate photography or recording without consent
  • Sustained disruption of talks, events, or communications
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors

🛡️Workplace Standards

Professional Conduct

All team members are expected to maintain high standards of professional conduct, including punctuality, meeting commitments, and delivering quality work. We value open communication, collaborative problem-solving, and a positive attitude.

Conflict of Interest

Team members must avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of O3ZONE GROUP or our clients. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed promptly to management.

Data Protection & Privacy

We take data protection seriously. All team members must comply with applicable data protection laws and our internal security policies. Client data and confidential information must be handled with the utmost care and only used for authorized purposes.

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights. All work created during employment belongs to O3ZONE GROUP unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not use or distribute unlicensed software or materials.

📢Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it promptly. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

How to Report

  1. Direct Report: Contact your immediate supervisor or manager
  2. HR Department: Reach out to our Human Resources team at hr@o3zone.com
  3. Anonymous Report: Use our confidential reporting system available through our internal portal
  4. External Report: For serious concerns, contact our ethics hotline

What Happens Next

Upon receiving a report, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the report within 24 hours
  • Conduct a thorough, impartial investigation
  • Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible
  • Take appropriate corrective action based on findings
  • Follow up with the reporter on the outcome when appropriate
  • Protect reporters from retaliation

⚖️Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Mandatory training or counseling
  • Temporary suspension
  • Termination of employment or contract
  • Removal from projects or teams
  • Banning from company events or premises
  • Legal action when appropriate

The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and severity of the violation, previous conduct history, and other relevant factors.
